Queen's Platinum Jubilee

We celebrated the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee by making regal crowns, playing with our castle and reading books about London. We also made our own empire biscuits for snack and had a picnic lunch outside in the sun waving our flags.

This week we are exploring and learning about vegetables, what they need to grow, where they come from, chopping and smelling some raw vegetables too.

We are growing our own vegetables at playgroup such as courgettes, carrots, peas and potatoes.
