Creating An Environment for Children to Play & learn
We provide a safe, welcoming and nurturing environment for children aged 2 to 5 years old taking their first steps of independence through a wide variety of exciting, engaging and educational resources and activities.
Sessions
Our Playgroup meets in the John Marshall Community Centre, within Pitreavie Primary School Grounds during term time and there is parking available. Our cost for the morning session is £21.75 and £36.25 for our longer session .
The shorter Monday session is outdoors, often Duloch Woods or Aberour beach, which the children look forward to each week!
- Monday, 9:15am - 12:30pm (Forest Kindergarten)
- Tuesday - Friday, 9:15am - 12:15pm
- Tuesday - Friday, 9am - 2pm
Activities
Weekly outdoor sessions to the woods, beach or out in the local community.
A wide variety of activities for the children which cater for their needs and interests.
Daily access to play our enclosed garden area with loose parts, planting and music area, mud kitchen and water wall.

Woodland Walk
On our woodland walk, the children were very excited to see the fluffy sygnets!
Queen's Platinum Jubilee
We celebrated the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee by making regal crowns, playing with our castle and reading books about London.
Outdoor Trips
Taking a trip to the woods or the beach every Monday is the highlight of the day for the children!
